Anyone know what the symbols next to the marked downpipe mean?

I've been Googling plumbing and drainage symbols for 20 mins and can't find anything that makes sense of the 'circle with a dot and line'.

Bear in mind it could be any way up, as text is written in all directions on the full plan.

The pipework (joined by other downpipes) heads off to a culvert to the right.

Looks like "1.0" to me, could be referring to the scale: each grid square equals 1m?. Not sure what the "1." with a circle around it is though.

Looks like 0.1 to me. :) I think the "<>" means clearance or measurement or something like that.

The "circle" isn't a very good circle, so I think it's not supposed to be. My guess is its the cross-section view of the gutter, since it's attached to that. Maybe the horizontal line is the water level? Except it doesn't make sense to close the top of the gutter. Is there a pipe running along the left-hand side of the house? Excpet that doesn't make sense either... you would have a gutter to transport the water to wherever the downpipe is.

Any chance it is "IP" (which is inspection point for stormwater)?

If I'm reading the plan right, this is an overhead schematic with a downpipe meeting novaflow? If so, could be the junction (a cross) or bend (an s) symbols?

Maybe that's it.

Got a photo. Here's the bottom end of the downpipe (fatter pipe going into the ground is 110mm):-
