I'm looking for washable non-slip bathmats for an untextured tiled floor. The ones I have are nice thick memory foam and they have been great.

Still are great actually. The problem is after a few washes over 12+ months they progressively lost non-slip stickiness on the back.

DIY solutions like attaching to those kids sucker grip bath protectors occured to me with nothing easy, durable or perfect yet.

Have you tried a light spray with spray on rubber adhesive. I use it for all sorts when I want some grip. Just spray the back and let it dry. Try on an old  cotton bathmat as well. When it wears out just apply some more. Admit I haven’t tried on bath mats but have used on a quilted cover I put on the leather couch in winter.

That sounds good! What is the product name and brand you're using?

Couldn’t find the can. I think it was Selleys kwik grip spray adhesive but when I looked online I saw another that was CRC On Off which looked good.

Hope it works for you. Otherwise get one of those rolls of multi purpose liner from Kmart and put under the mats.
