Hi folks

As subject, got a few trees I need bringing down.  Nothing taller than about 5m but I don't have the time or tools at the moment and they're on boundary line below a new house that was built below the drip line /sigh ... any recommendations for near titirangi way?

Chris

We've used Tree Tops to cut a very tall tree down as well as a few other dead trees around the property. They were reasonably priced and had the better price out of 2 quotes I got.

They left the property very tidy afterwards and also left the firewood for us in a pile in the area we requested.

Would happily use them again.

We’ve used Arborists Auckland twice now. Cristian and his crew have been great both time we’ve used him. He’s based in Huia but covers all of Auckland.

We used Tree King, https://www.treeking.co.nz/.  They were at the cheaper end of the quotes we got and did an amazing job, removing two large dangerous trees with barely a hint of damage to the stuff underneath.  Still don't know how they got them down like that.

I'm in Westgate, and used Tree Action last year, http://www.treeaction.co.nz/
They took down 5 big trees, The Tree action  quote was over $1000 cheaper than Waitakere Tree Services.
I didn't bother getting any more quotes, and went with Tree Action.
I hadn't ever had large trees removed before, and was amazed at the price difference, so I'd suggest at least getting 2 quotes.

I used Hardfell (https://hardfell.co.nz/) and they were excellent! They were cheaper than Tree King, did a great job, left everything perfectly tidy.
