Our school has a "public" toilet which is outside and used by passing cyclists and pool key holders etc.

The toilet has just been renovated and upgraded with a shower and the school board wants access limited to daylight hours.

I've been looking for something on the market which will lock the door from say 9m until 7am.

Does anyone have recommendations for a programmable door lock that doesn't do more than just that binary function of lock/unlocked between 2 times?

Ideally battery powered (lithium or AA/AAA). No wiring would be preferred.

I know Schlage locks have the ability to set schedules, but not 100% sure it's the type of scheduling you want (see https://schlage.co.nz/en/faqs.html).

I'd suggest contacting https://keyless.co.nz/ - they definitely know what they are talking about. Look to be closed until mid Jan though.

I am assuming you would also want something that allows it to be opened from the inside. You wouldn't want a passing cyclist to be stuck inside from 9pm until 7am.
