I was going to place the order for SPC flooring (8mm) on my new build and the shop recommended i consider the 12mm Laminate instead. I thought SPC was the gold standard however keen to hear everyones thoughts. The SPC would go over pretty much everywhere except bathrooms and I do have large windows (floor to ceiling) so there will be plenty of light.
