After a minor oops with filling the coffee maker up, I would like to get a valve that only flows when I am pushing it that fits on the normal 1/4" OD plastic stuff.

Even better if it can be panel mounted. grok and similar keep suggesting sketchy looking pneumatic ones which I am certain would have greases and metals in them that are not food contact safe.
