My lawnmower has a Briggs & Stratton 4 stroke engine.

Briggs and Stratton have a service kit which I have purchased i.e. Briggs & Stratton Engine Service Kit - Paper Filter Yellow - Bunnings New Zealand.

There is no indication as to spark plug model on the web site, but it is a Champion RJ19LM. After searching for the model, it seems to be pre-gapped at 0.75mm.

My lawnmower engine specs say it should be a 0.76 mm (0.030") gap.

I don't have a feeler gauge.

Does it matter about a 0.01mm difference?

If I have to set the gap, would you recommend a set of feeler gauges (more expensive) or a coin (lot cheaper).

B&S didn't mention it. It's probably not going to matter. Most people would not be that accurate with a gapping tool anyway

A sheet of A4 paper (from your copier or laser printer) is ten times thicker than the amount in question.

So, no, don't worry about it.
