Hi,

I'm trying to access TVNZ OnDemand overseas but not having any luck getting around their geo block.

I have am using the Astrill VPN NZ (227 IPs) OpenVPN server on a Windows 7 VM set to NZ time zone. Is there something else that I need to do? Or is it possible all Astrill NZ IPs have been blacklisted by TVNZ?

I have cleared the browser cache and checked for DNS leaks.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Some services don't play well with TVNZ On Demand, from dns4me it tells you this however I am not sure if others do. Basically, you need to disable some services that interfere with On Demand:

Are you in NZ trying to access it or overseas?  If overseas then unblockus should support it (via browser).  If here then I've found it actually gets in the way and have whitelisted it in my DNS to use my ISPs DNS.

Thanks for the replies. I am overseas.

So the computer timezone makes no difference as long as you have an NZ IP though a VPN/DNS?
