I'm revamping my man cave after dismantling my surround sound system. New Windows computer, ASUS 27" gaming monitor (I'm not a gamer, but it's on sale 😁), computer desk and an entertainment unit (1.6m wide) that will give me separation for my Homepods 2, which are incoming from Apple NZ online.
I have been waiting for a Black Friday sale price on the Homepods 2, but then, I discovered Apple refurbished on their website. I immediately jumped on to You Tube to see what people are saying about Apple's refurbished devices. Apparently they are undistinguishable from new devices. They go through Apple's rigorous testing after the device has been refurbished with original parts. The buyer then receives them in a nice Apple box, and also gets the one year warranty that comes with all Apple products.
I was sold, and I saved $160 on new prices. Many users stated that they only ever buy refurbished products from Apple, and have never had problems with them.
I just went to the Apple Store and searched for "refurbished" several options appeared. Apple TV and AirPods had no stock available. HomePod 2 still available.
