Watching Ars vs Bur (EPL). Anyone else getting a fade to what has to be less than 240 resolution every few minutes for a few seconds?

I'm on gigabit fibre ordinarily able to stream 4K HDR content reliably so certain not my connection or hardware.

Example: https://youtu.be/uak24iSTcnI

Edit: 'copyright claim' for a 16 second clip - well I'm glad at least the bots can watch it :D

Here's a screenshot:

Starting to get these drop outs more and more frequently now, especially with EPL, but F1 too.

Sounds like some credits are in order to motivate them to try harder :)
