A PLP Agent has called me after following up on the Smart TV situation, and they will not be supporting older Smart TV models 2011 and 2012 not too sure if 2013 as well
What the?!?! They stated they would release for 2012 and 13 models. If that is their response then screw them, I'm not paying $17 or so a month to watch one team play football despite my love of the game when I'm getting more value from Sky Sports Grrrr.

Not sure what lumin pdf is - I can't open that pdf chart, without allowing access to my google profile and files - not prepared to do that.
So, they stated in their press release on March 5th “Samsung SportsFlow will deliver HD access to all live games and highlights, with content available to all 2012 through to 2016 Samsung Smart TV customers.", yet a 2014 model is not compatible???
I was in the market for a new TV, and one of the reasons I bought a Samsung, was because it has the PLP app – which it does not. Not happy!

Yeah, at work it does not work for me, but from home, it does something – which is asking for permission to access my google+ profile and all files. So I closed it. Have mailed PLP back to ask them to send me the pdf or a correct link.
Have searched for compatible models, and can't find anything. As my model has only been out for a few months, I have asked it an app will be coming soon - I'd have thought they would they would have said, it's coming soon, rather than a point blank "it's not compatible"

It is really disappointing that they sold out to Samsung. I'd imagine that PLP have very little say over which tv years/models that the app will be allowed to be used on but it is really frustrating that they said it would be compatible with the older sets but have now appeared to have changed that stance. The TV app was the only reason I would consider getting PLP as I can't stand watching tv on a small monitor when I have a 51" TV in my lounge.

Yeah, but I don't have an older version, it's the current 2014 model. They did not say if any new or older models would be supported soon - so, only 2013 models compatible?
