I had my first experience of PLP over the weekend so here are my thoughts.

Firstly I think the schedule could better laid out, e.g the ability to see all of the fixtures on one page, or just your favourite team fixtures.

Being able to see the KO times in NZ would be beneficial rather than just British Summer Time (dont want to check / convert every time).

I've only watched one delayed game, and after an early scare (poor quality & really blurry picture) it seemed pretty good. I have yet to watch it on my 50" plasma though.

When watching a game the 'best available' was set at 400kbps even though 3000kbps seemed really good (4500 seemed too blurry tho, esp when the camera was panning).

I'm with Flip standard braodband, 18ms ping 17mbps download, 1mbps upload. Is that good enough?

Out of curiosity what broadband are people using / recommend?

Only 5 minutes ago on live chat I asked why I can't see times in NZ format. The reply was that "head office has decided to keep the time format BST due to our expansion into Asia".

Ok, Asia does not have BST either, so why can't we get KO times in our local format? Surely it's not a difficult thing to do?

It's not a major issue but I would definitely prefer local time.

I'm with Vodafone cable, 50mbps. No real problems apart from hardly ever getting max speeds. Speed Test just now was only 21 download.

Thanks for the reply, that's interesting to know.

So it's one website to suit all is it? it cant vary depending on location like ESPN? or have a tab to change which country you are in?

Considering it's their second season it seems a bit amateur. I still cant get over the schedule format / layout. It's so bad is laughable.

Cool, I'll try a few more times before I start looking to upgrade my internet

Convert the times on the PremierLeaguePass schedule to your local timezone, instead of British Standard Time:

1. Firstly install the GreaseMonkey (Firefox) ( https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/ ) or TamperMonkey (Chrome) ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo ) extension.

2. Visit https://openuserjs.org/scripts/patrick478/PremierLeaguePass_timezone_converter and hit install, then follow the prompts.

It's disappointing that you have to do this in the first place, it should really be location-centric rather than having to alter the webpage through 3rd party code.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

I've already subscribed to NFL but what was the discount? I think I still managed a 15% discount when I got my Broncos season pass.

Terrible, terrible quality. Very very stuttery. Making MUFC look even worse!
