ronw: I cannot see Quickflix anywhere in the Market so maybe it is blocked from New Zealand at this stageold3eyes: I see on the Android apps store there is a Quickflix app. Anyone with a NZ account tried it??
I downloaded it but without having an account it looks more like the DVD rental app

I just did a search for quickflix and it turned up top of the list

CYaBro: I just got an email from them, because I tried to sign up for the trial using the code supplied here on Geekzone but stopped when it asked for credit card details, that says they are doing free movies and TV shows until midnight SUnday 8th April and no credit card details required. :)

DrCheese: One niche that Quickflix could capture is foreign films. Apple doesn't do this genre particularly well on iTunes, and it cost a lot more to subscribe to the Rialto channel (on top of the Sky basic subscription) to watch foreign films. I suppose there is always Fatso, but that's so last millennium.
