LazyDr: To add a little more info, the devices i'm accessing Netflix on are PC, Nexus 7, Samsung Note 4 and Roku 3. All of them were working well until a few days ago. Yesterday and today, the PC and Nexus 7 were able to access Netflix, but other devices came up with a regional error notice. On the Nexus 7, sound had become crackly, and when pushing the back button to exit a program, the app would crash. I attributed that to the 5.0.1 update, but just now uninstalled and reinstalled the Netflix app, and now get a regional error notice on that as well.
Frustrating! So the only thing that can stream Netflix now is my laptop.

All Netflix apps have been updated to use Google DNS so you need to add static routes in your router to forward Google DNS to your unblocking provider.
Plenty of instructions online to do so.

When did they do that?
Mine was working fine yesterday from my AppleTV, where I just have the UnoTelly DNS hard coded into the DND on the AppleTV itself. My router is stock standard - no static routes.
I would have thought if it was hard coded in the App, it would override the devise DNS settings? Maybe not.

LazyDr:
I understand what I need to do, and appreciate that there are plenty of instructions online to help, but as you can see from my posts, following those instructions has not helped me so far. Appreciate that you're suggesting a solution and pointing me in the right general direction, but not particularly helpful given my experiences so far.
Am at the point where I could use specific rather then general suggestions

LazyDr: Seems a bit harsh.
When something breaks that has previously been working well, I tend to try and fix it, rather than immediately throw it away and replace it.
Dolts: I couldn't find static routes on the HG659

Nothing has actually "broken"; a supplier has reasserted an access control in a more effective manner. You may need more effective technology to circumvent it again.
What you perceive as harsh is me simply being realistic. On the other side of the coin I perceive your attitude as somewhere between arrogant and deluded in expecting that someone will have an exact solution for you to be able to use budget equipment to circumvent an access control.
