jnimmo: Yeah, Getflix not working for me. Tried switching to Unblock-US trial and that is working fine
Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.
Spyware: Netflix via Apple TV sends DNS requests to the server address configured, not to google or anywhere else. I'm running 7.0.3 and using bind9 on a Linux box to provide DNS. netflix.com and netflix.net requests are forwarded to unotelly 103.6.212.24 and 103.1.187.68 and all is working perfectly (via Spark with no static routing configured).
jnimmo: Yes on Snap with a Fritz!box.
The Apple TV is able to navigate through Netflix but when I try and play content just get the spinning loading wheel.
Haven't tried it on other devices, or other services on the ATV.
Have setup those 8.8. blocks but hasn't helped

Could it be a Snap thing?

Probably not. I am using Unotelly on Snap and have no problems.

This seems to match what I have on my non-Snap connection:
