Dairyxox: My US Account subscription with an NZ ANZ visa just rolled over last night. Will see if it worked or got denied. (don't really care either way)

Would be interesting to see what happens.

Just had to put in a new Westpac credit card number for a replacement card and it accepted it OK so that's a good start.

It may have just been the banks obsessive anti fraud stuff making the transaction fail.

I forgot to cancel my US account and it has rolled over and paid for another month just fine.

Mine renewed successfully today too (Westpac Visa). Now if only they'll fix the bitrate issue (since about a week ago, Safari is only getting a 1.75 Mb/s stream instead of 5.8).

Glad to see it's not happening to anyone else. Shame I'm still having an issue.

I just ordered a new debit card, I did have a debitplus now getting a mastercard debit which seems to have replaced Debitplus. Not sure the difference or if it will work but I was having issues with the chip not reading anyway so thought i'd try and see if this helps at all.

Otherwise I will cancel my account and get an NZ one which as I said previously only is an issue with my watched list etc. Here's hoping!

My new debit card arrived today and first thing I did was try it and see if it worked on my US netflix but sadly had no luck. Not sure what's going on and it seems i'm just having bad luck.

Now I guess I will spend my day creating an NZ netflix account and making sure I copy down everything in my watch list.

Update:

So I just canceled my US netflix and change my location to NZ via dns4me and signed up using the same email address as my US account. It welcomed me back, accepted my payment in NZ dollars and I still have all my watched history and watch list! I then changed my location back the US and it's working now! So i suppose if anyone is having the same issues as I am then this is how to fix it.

Yes there are but I use dns4me so I switched back to the states to get the US content. Netflix seems to be having some issues now but it was working for a while. Just have to wait till they fix it.
