billgates: I use Sling International. You can buy the sports package on it's own for USD$10/month. Cricket is live and to my surprise they were even showing Rugby as well. HD stream @ 3.6MB/s on Roku 3 and PC desktop app. You will need a DNS/VPN service though. It's 100% legal and run by Dish network in US.

Have you seen the v8 Supercars on there? I'm looking for a solution other than Sky/Fanpass to watch this. It's about the only thing that I wish to watch.

I'll try and do a search for V8 super cars tonight. I only use it for cricket. I have their $44/month cable TV subscription which includes the sports package.

If you're after cricket and can geo-unblock for US, try Willow TV. It's $14.95 US per month and has the majority of the international cricket. It's HD and 100% legit. It has an app on the current Apple TV, which makes me happy since that 's the device I use for most of my streaming. I'm signing up for the NZ tour of Aussie next week.

Willow HD is the channel that Sling TV has and I use. It's $9.99/month via Sling but I get it as part of my package.

I wonder if the Apple TV app would still work for Willow if you get it via Sling?

Doubted because you login into the Sling app on the device like Roku, Xbox One or Apple TV which would only authenticate with Sling servers and that checks for your corresponding subscriptions.

Thanks everyone for the replies.

I had looked at livego.tv and it appeared to be dodgy as.

Willow looks like the exact service I am looking for!

So unotelly, netflix, hulu and willow looks like us.

Do you have to use a US address when signing up for Sling? I have Unotelly.

I signed up for Willow TV last night. Used my YouShop address and phone number and NZ credit card. I'm a little bit put off by their terms that require an email to request cancellation and there's a $5 fee to do so. I think you also have to have subscribed for 3 months. I'll keep it over the summer, but not sure I will long-term, as I'm mostly interested in the Black Caps and they don't have all their games. Another issue is that the app on the Apple TV won't let me log in. It's detecting my location somehow, even with location services turned off, so I tried the old ATV and it worked fine, but that now means using an additional device. The iPad I have with Unotelly DNS also won't play footage, but laptop will. Not really the seamless experience I was hoping for but at least I'll get to see the Aussie tour this month.
