Yeah, that's it. I found the link from Mauricio on GZ, been using it a year, no complaints. Where did you find fee info? Their website is average at best, and to be fair their online systems are just above acceptable, but the core things work - I transfer money in easily and I can spend it anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

So as far as the likes of Amazon are concerned it looks like a US credit card??

I presume so, since it's issued by a US bank, but I've never actually checked. If anyone really wants to know I could create a new Amazon account and see what happens.

If it wasn't too much trouble, I'd be been to see that. I'd be keen to know if you could order a movie if you didn't object to spending the money or buying an MP3.

I can do that. Let's ask @freitasm if he's got that type of card on an account first, to save me the hassle if he's already done it.

Though I found this thread on Amazon from 2015 which says debit cards aren't accepted for account registration, so maybe it won't work.

I guess you could register with a regular card then remove it and add a debit card?

It won't work for buying movies but works ok to reloading gift card balance - which is what I do.

Transfer money from PayPal to Payoneer sometimes happens in an hour or so - that fast.

The Payoneer link on Geekzone gives both my account and whoever's signing up a $25 bonus when the new user first deposit a total of $100 - this is pretty much the first year fee done.

Payoneer mail you a real mastercard that works most places I've tried.

It can be topped up via PayPal although they used to use Bank of America (which was easy to add to PayPal) but now use a small bank and you might have to call PayPal to add it to your account.

Withdrawals from PayPal to Payoneer can take anything from a couple of hours to a day.

About 2 months ago I bought a  $25  gift voucher from Amazon and removed my NZ credit card as was suggested to rent a movie or TV Program.  Worked fine to watch TV programs and the occasional movie.  However my Prime sub is up for renewal and Amazon emailed me to say that I need to add a CC for it to renew which I did.  Last week as an exercise I decided to try and rent a move with my NZ CC loaded and to my surprize it worked fine.   Guess once the gift card is loaded it now looks at this first before the CC and also last nite the  Prime membership rolled over for another year with no problems billed to my ASB Visa.
