When I tried this a few nights ago, the quality seemed to be OK.  (I had it streaming full screen to a 24" TV).

 

It would be nice if there was a FreeviewNZ "App" that allowed one to watch all the channels on FreeView live ... would cut down on the requirement of having UHF / Satellite setup :-)  (Ah - the nirvana of Ethernet cabling through the house, instead of UHF / POTS and Ethernet)

 

Anyhoo ...

Only 480p, that kinda sucks.

 

 

but even if it was in 4k there's nothing worth watching on tv3 any more.
