Behodar: The sensible thing would be to say something like 'we don't support this browser and you may have difficulty with it' instead of just blocking the whole thing entirely. Otherwise you end up in the exact situation they're in now, where a new version comes out and can handle the site fine, but they're refusing to let you in.
A percentage of users are not sensible and you could easily get several thousand calls asking why it doesn't work.
