RedactedRetracted: Looks like there's still missing data for Freeview. Seems like it's an issue with my upstream data source, as the Freeview app and the EPG on smart TVs is also missing data beyond Friday. Unfortunately it's just a matter of waiting and hoping they will get that data back in there ASAP.

Interesting. The freeview website EPG is still working.

Generally known online as OpenMedia, now working for Red Hat APAC as a Technology Evangelist and Portfolio Architect. Still playing with MythTV and digital media on the side.

I can confirm there is no infornmation at all in the Freeview App (and KODI) today and trying to load the EPG in the freeview app just crashes it completely :(

But hopefully someone that can fix the problem is on to it already!

Yes, the one on the website (well how it works in the background at least), appears to be identical to what you get with the EIT data, so while it does have its problems (and earlier versions of NZXMLTV used it), it is slightly more reliable than the app/more "modern" data. Although, I've definitely not experienced a Freeview outage this bad for a few years (especially considering all smart TVs that use the FreeviewPlus TV guide will also have no guide data at all at the moment, unless you disable internet and force the MHEG guide to open). In all likelihood, I'll probably just have to write something that uses that EIT-equivalent data, just with the consequence that much of the information will be of a much worse quality than before (season numbers being the most glaring thing, as posters and other show-specific metdata can be found elsewhere, but it's usually impossible to figure out a season number unless they happen to include it in the description).
