asjohnstone: Isn't the Australian service based on having a Telstra up address?

I'm really pissed off at this, there is no way I'm ever going to sign up to the legacy sky ecosystem again. I don't want their PVR under my TV.

I was satisfied with the PLP service, it was clear and simple, one product, one price. I don't want to watch their broadcast TV package, I dont want rugby.

Why can't someone just sell me the bloody product

Talk to BEIN

I've hated the PLP experience the last three years. The picture quality was just awful and I was really hoping Bein would get it right. I really don't want to have to go back to Sky.

But in less than five minutes I have signed up for a free month of Rugbypass, installed the app on my AppleTV4, signed in and I'm now watching the NZ v AUS game in stunning quality. The down side is I hate rugby !

Why does it have to be so hard to provide football in this country ?

Rights owners seeking maximum return and allowing any company to bid for rights in any country (I think) even if they do not currently have a presence.

That's quite funny you found plp awful, and rugby passstunning. When they are provided by the same company, use the same platform, and I'm pretty sure rugbypass only goes to 3000kbps whereas plp went up to 4500kbps.

Maybe it's then down to the differences in the sport, and difference in camera movements??

DAZN.COM is the Netflix of sports and has the EPL as well as other leagues and sports, DNS4ME has just supported it now

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

That's almost 2x the price of PLP... sure there is more content but damn all my streaming services are starting to add up! Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Spotify, PSASquashTV, now this...

I'd like to know too, tried with a AirNZ CC and ASB CC with no luck over DNS4ME (JP and DE zones)

So angry about this. I have been trying DAZN and Hotstar with no luck in regards to payment. All I want is an online service with on demand or playback capabilities. Don't care whether Sky or someone else provides it.

just tried fullmatchsports.com and works well. it's even got a link to mega.nz so downloads are really fast especially on Fibre. Quality is good 720p and is $0 and on-demand. best bit about it is that its a BEin feed haha

I left Sky when the PLP service started and I don't want to go back. I have Netflix and Neon and I am very happy with streaming content and I was very happy with the PLP service. I am now at an age where I don't want to be getting up in the middle of the night to watch the game anymore and PLP allowed me to watch it when I wanted later in the morning.

I would sign up for a PLP-similar service if it was available, but it seems that it isn't going to be, at least this season. Anyway, I watched the United game this morning through http://www.fullmatchesandshows.com and I was very happy with the streaming - it cost $0 and I had no issues. Definite thumbs up from me.

Does anyone have a link to what's on when on BeIN? If I end up going the Sky route - which I don't want to do, I would like to know how I can watch a replay of the team I want to watch if I don't pay for MySky and can't record.

Sky TV guide has the BEin channels that Sky is reselling, generally a week in advance but I'm not aware of a single place showing the full season... Sky probably won't have it as the order is determined by BEin; Sky are just provisioning the channels.
