Apsattv: You could try for live coverage on , but will need DNS service or VPN..but free

http://tenplay.com.au/sport/v8-supercars

Are they doing actual full stream though... from what Ive read so far, its FTA only, no mention of streaming :(

Regarding Sky Fanpass:

xontech: It was streaming for me at 4500Kbps (1080?) yesterday no dramas. On UFB 30 tho......

Pretty sure that 4500kbps is 720p.  It worked OK for me over RBI Wireless so anyone on VDSL or even a good ADSL2+ connection should be able to get 720p which beats the heck out of any dodgy stream.

Does anyone know if the Fan Pass or Day/Week pass options are available through Vodafone?  I'm running the Sky basic package on the T-Box and a call to the call center was only able to offer me to fully subscribe to sports for a month.

Edit:  Never mind, I'll read the FAQ "before" asking. :-p
Completely separate service apparently, so that should work.

I've been trying to get a stream up and running on TenPlay but looks like you're right, FTA only :(

Anyone know how to add about a 1 minute delay to the live timings?

http://www.v8supercars.com.au/video/live-timing

During the top 10 shootout last night, the fanpass stream showed the car going across the start/finish line, but live timing showed they had just gone though the split in corner 7....

Would love to add a delay into the live timing so they match as currently there is about 1 minute difference

Got sick of trying to find free streaming sites,

Bit the bullet and joined Fan Pass, payed for a week, promo code "STUFFDAY" got 20% off, streams really well to Chromecast and quality is really good (720p I think).

Well, time to sit back and watch the race....

Found this, much much better quality than the ustream option above.... although you'll need some decent intertubes...

1) Get Acestream client.
2) Point it here:

3) Hope your internet connection can sustain 10mb/s+ solid streaming.

Reddit pretty much always has stream on the relevant subreddit for any sporting event or PPV I've ever wanted to watch.

StreamHub.hk is pretty good too (run bysome former WYZIWIG staff)

I was really impressed with fanpass. It didn't buffer or break up all day like skygo does regularly. I will buy again during summer for cricket.
