I just got geoblocked. I'm using an AKL VPN. Hmm.

This is a very messy app. It is disordered, muddled and quite dysfunctional !!! (I know lots of adjectives - but it is true)

I have been watching some of its content.

  1. I have stopped half way through an episode and gone back to it 24 hours later and I have to hunt for it and it starts at the beginning of the episode.
  2. No Personalised Watch List or Continue Watching list.
  3. Due to the fact you are not personalised within the app - ie. no sign in membership
  4. Episode order is not numerical (as noted above)
  5. No 30sec reverse (or forward). As I now have constant Tinnitus I can sometimes miss vital words so love the ability of 30sec reverse.
  6. No feed back ability from within the App.

The only feed back method I have found is james.mclean@stuff.co.nz who is apparently the Technology Manager. It is not even clear or simple via the Apple App store.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
