Apologies issue resolved and a real Own Goal, I had the VPN switched on (to USA), and now issue is resolved.

I need help please (and for the FIFA WC) with the TVNZ+ app on my Apple TV 4K (128GB) version - the TVNZ+ app does not load and get the message 'Try again'
Ive deleted and reinstalled the App back to Apple TV
On my iPad - the TVNZ+ app works well
