TVNZ on demand gives me this (plus an add for a Pizza)

Error Code: MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED

Technical details :

The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

Bit of feedback for the Android app. On my mobile device (Huawei P20, Android P) it cuts off the top & bottom in fullscreen (versus browser on my PC). Same for the ondemand content. Tried to screenshot from my mobile to show comparison but guessing drm or something is causing it to take a blank screen.

Apart from that it's smooth & decent resolution so far (watching fp1). Massively better quality than say Sky Go :)

I had to kill the SS app to get the DRM issue to go away, I'm not sure what has caused it. That Blue logo in the corner is hideous and detracting, especially as its not got the same offsets as the F1 logo. Ok I've got judder on panning, not nice to look at, very similar to PLP issues at fast panning.

i have this with my Mate 20 pro too. i never noticed it when testing the app before as i wasnt comparing directly between two screens.

I've passed the feedback and if SS want an example i'll happily go back up and show them :)

Where on the ios tvnz on demand app is the live feed for practice? I can see it talking about the formula one, but live duke has Top Gear, and there is no video under the formula one page.

Just wanted to do a comparison between the two. Interestingly I'm running through a vpn at home since i appear in the us via proxy.

Yep its not smooth at all on panning and making me feel a bit sick. Didn't have this via Sky last year so its something to do with Spark; and nothing has changed in my setup.

Edit: looked up close at the screen (51" Samsung Plasma) and the F1 logo has pixelation around the edges, not good edge detection there!
