A time-poor geek is hardly a geek at all
Benoire: So a little bit of competition eh, now although we can't compare the packages directly this is less of a monopoly than before as we have a choice of providers for some of the football. It's just a shame that my club, Man Utd (before anyone says anything I'm born and bred that side of Manchester), hasn't be confirmed as I do not wish to pay for a poor quality online service.
I notice that the Sky statement is that the games are delayed until 1pm on Sunday, what happens to the Sunday games? I used to record and get up at 6am to watch before work otherwise I'll know the score and then I'm less likely to watch. Will they be delayed till the evening or will I get to watch at 6am as I used to?
Chris
jackk: Delayed coverage belongs to be in the history channel.
I rather watch my games live at a lower quality.

Benoire:
I feel with Sky offering the top teams in HD on the TV in a more traditional sense, PLP may struggle to get its numbers now...

Benoire: IF, and its a big IF given the additional cost, PLP upped the bit rate, ideally 6mbps would be ideal as the nfl game pass at 4500 was still not great at 1080p, then I might consider it, really I want them to expose their connection APIs like netflix does for open source software...
