Henderson was brilliant at the tail end of last season and was largely the reason for Gerrard being able to play as much as he did. Is a machine in the middle and his fitness would be among the best.

he wont get a start if theres no injuries, he's not what Rogers is looking for, Lucas, Allen  Coutinho Gerrard seem to have the inside running.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

Agree. But he will come into his own in the tail end, or cup games etc. Plus it only takes an injury to one of those players and our stocks are low in the middle. Especially with Suso out on loan now.

How good was Coutinho's goal the other night? Gutted I didn't get to see him in the flesh in Melbourne.

And how does he expect to get an understanding of just how many people want it in HD? They should have an area on the website were you can register to receive info as soon as the content is avaliable in HD and 5.1

At the moment I hope they fail. If they somehow turn it around and offer a decent stream then I will be first to signup.

As it stands at the moment I can completely forget about colliseum's pathetic offering as I now have other options.

Amazing the difference a day can make.

That's quite arrogant. It's along the lines of 'we know you want and we have it for 3 years and we don't mind if it costs us as you'll all come running back to us in time'.

My thoughts as well.  Coupled with the "we need 000's to demand HD" it was quite arrogant.

We're dealing with people who responded to quality complaints by replacing a video featuring lots of motion and football action with one featuring lots of static shots and no football and then telling us it was "improved quality".

I'd like to know why they are so confident that people want to watch it live. What research have they done? It's a big ask staying up until 4AM every Saturday. I'm too old for that sh*t. As far as being able to avoid the score until later in the day, it's easy if you are motivated and stay off facebook and the news. I've done it for years and maybe had the result blown twice in 10 years at 50 games a season. Why pay for online poor quality when you can get online in better quality for free?

They seem to be focussing on perceived benefits but don't realise these are not really benefits.

We get all 380 games! I aint watching 380 games a season. I'd rather eat my own head than watch Stoke vs Reading. I just want 38 games and some highlights.

They are all live! again, don't care. Delayed will do me (for the most part)

Conventional wisdom says, Quality over quantity. The Coliseum Cowboys have missed that point and are proudly declaring they have quantity over quality. Muppets.

Now, they're all wounded and getting defensive at these reactions. Did someone not tell them what a serious business football is to people? If you are going to take this on, you better get your sh*t in order otherwise.....

Jog on.

Anyway, how did this place suddenly become a gooner love in? That'll explain all the empty seats at the Grove. We're all here.

Of course there is a difference between adding the 'capability of streaming in HD' and the viewer actually getting a HD stream.

Even if they have a HD quality picture it still has to get to the viewer over the internet in HD. Many things can affect that so it isn't a guarantee even if you want HD you will get it.

The most surprising thing to me from all this is the amount of people happy to watch a delayed coverage. Personally I very rarely watch a delayed game in full.

Just signed up to $109 a month 150GB telecom broadband plan mainly for PLP. Would easily pay another $100 for 4500kbps.
Can everyone please email PLP if you feel the same.

@474742 I certainly wouldn't pay $250 a year for EPL in a higher resolution when I'm paying the same for Sky Sports with ALL the sports it contains, it should be the same price but higher resolution, especially as they're still not supporting Smart TVs.

Mainly so that I can watch the game first thing when I get up on Sunday morning (has to be first thing because it's a waste of time watching if you know the result).

Also if you only have limited time on a Monday or Tuesday morning you can fast-forward the slow bits and the halftime break.
