Doesn't work on the website either, get an error "Error is unknown (UNKNOWN)" very early in Q1, just after the first McLaren exits the pits.

After a promising start with the Aussie GP, this is a complete fiasco

😡😡😡

Seems to be ok for now.

It's not falling over when the McLaren comes out of the pits

Edit: the website does the same thing. Ffs

I was getting the same error but it looks like it has been taken down now.

Hopefully it isn’t too long till it is back up.

Did anyone have issues watching it live?

Yep got this error and now don't have the reply... Really poor spark sport I'm going to find out the result before this comes back so no point watching it.

It'll be beta for a long time I think. I'm not impressed either. I was wanting 6 months free on unplan ent anyway.

I wouldn't be happy paying $30 per month for the service currently. I am somewhat understanding of the issues but not if I'm being charged $30 per month.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

It's been a complete shambles for me this morning trying to watch the F1 Qualifying replay:

- repeated stutters with Airplay, eventually the stream degraded to a stuttery 360p and was unwatchable.

- The stream died on more than one occasion.

- On multiple iOS devices using the App seeking to try to pick up where I left off was an utter mess - sometimes missing the picture with just sound playing, and most of the time dead playback after seeking (it spins briefly - hits the network and then does nothing). Restarting the app doesn't help either.

- Qualifying now appears to have been taken down with no tweets or anything as to why... The latest VOD is Practice 2. No Practice 3 or F2 from the looks of it.

My 'TV PC' is a lowly (2.4GHz) dual core machine with an AMD 5450. It can stream Youtube and play 1080p x264 videos without problems but runs 100% CPU and is a stutter-fest with SparkSport streams in any browser I try. There are no controls or settings I can play with. I've tried Firefox as has been suggested elsewhere vs Chrome and Edge, and it is a little better but is still no good. It seems the machine is simply being overwhelmed processing the stream - which consumes vast CPU even when paused.

Frankly, Sky is preferable to this.

Ahhhh - so promising the first race - now a shambles.

With so many races over night and and watched as a VOD, I hope this is not a pattern that will be repeated - maybe need to get someone working Sunday/Monday mornings to watch out for these issues!

There is a message on the spark sport live chat advising they are aware of the issue.

"We're currently experiencing issues with the F1 qualifying race replays. We're working on getting this sorted as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience during this time!"

x2

Was just about to post exactly the same comments.  I thought it was just me.  Also got a DRM error saying could not be watched in this region.

Called Spark and after bouncing through four departments was told they will contact me within 24 hours. Oh joy.

Sort of bummed out my morning as was looking forward to watching the qualifying.

I thought I could watch FP3 on demand while waiting for qualifying to be fixed but no - Sky sport chat room has just informed me that "Free Practice 3 wont be available due to technical difficulties :("

Think they need to keep their app/service free during their beta period and 30 day free trial only begins once service is no longer in beta.
