Looks like its true but no word from netflix yet, also would not be surprised if this was AUS only

Thats assuming that the shows that people typically download illegally are available on the Australian NetFlix catalogue. Not only is the service required, but the content it has can't be hobbled.

Not doing much to increase his credibility WRT the real damage piracy is doing to his industry with statements like that.
