Lewk: Watching on Samsung TV. Using ITV on iPad through dns4me and mirrored to TV. Very good quality and no adverts in the first half.

Glad dns4me was working for you - worked for me yesterday, but not today! I run the custom host file via my router, and because Hola *did* work today, I am suspicious that ITV changed their routing within the last 24 hours.

A VPN or web dns masker and an ITV account. You only need to use a UK postcode so sign up(google an address).

DeepBlueSky: Easy solution

Using
1.Google Chrome
2.DNS unblocked Unotelly Hola etc.
3.Chromecast

Connect to itv using Chrome then cast to your TV using the Chrome pluggin for Chromecast hit full screen, works a treat and it's easy.

This worked perfectly for me using Unotelly - took five minutes to set up, and looked like about 640p when casting to my TV from my iMac. Thanks DeepBlueSky!

It's not working for me, but YMMV.

I'm using DNS4ME, and I CAN'T get the ITV LiveStream working on my desktop (OS X, both FireFox and Chrome); but the ITV app on my Android phone DOES work.

I assume that the DNS4ME side of things is working, but perhaps not entirely - maybe the ITV website is pulling content from a different server than the app; and DNS4ME haven't quite got the servers covered????

Dunno, really...

I used Unotelly, and entered a London postcode: WC2E 9RZ when it asked for my region. I'm not using a VPN or anything, and I'm based in the States.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

It may the DNS Mask services that have the issue I used PureVPN which has a dedicated ITV server.

Yes, I was prompted for a postcode too; and then just get a "Oops - it looks like there is a problem" box in the middle of the page.  I've tried several UK postcodes (including your one!), but not working....

I'll probably flick DNS4ME a support question...  (or enable logging, try again, and THEN do the support thing, which is probably more useful...)

Amazing - no problems   streamed without fault from opening to end. I'm impressed.

Seems to be a small issue with dns4me for some of us, at least on desktops. have sent a support request to them, and perhaps Jason is watching this thread!

Caught the very end of the game on ITV via Unotelly/iPad ITV app. Had to sit through several ads before the stream kicked in, but the stream seemed solid and very watchable quality. For a free solution (bar the minimal cost of Unotelly), it's awesome.

DNS4ME (Jason) has replied to my support ticket:

I think they may have added some extra protection for the RWC, when the next game comes on I'll check it out.

I didn't bother with streaming today, since the game was shown live on Freeview anyway.

Might give it a try for a game that isn't.
