If the company has gone bust, a complaint to the Enforcement Team at the Companies Office is another option. They can ban someone from being a director/involved in the management of a company, if that person's conduct has contributed to the previous company being unable to pay its debts.

I'm sorry but when you try and get "free" paid tv then you only have yourself to blame.  There is a lot of info on the net about these guys are the current court cases with a paid TV company based in NZ.  The reason why they are still listed on the company/business website is because there was an "objection" about them being removed with a current court case pending an outcome.

Do you really believe such bullocks about being sold to Chinese buyer while company is in court with Sky TV? Also, if company was sold how come it remains registered with Companies Office Register run by New Zealand Government? Thirdly, company still operates and sending invoices out and I just heard (little too late I admit) about other people being owed money by MyBoxNZ and not even Court Enforcerer is able to track owners down and collect the money. MyBoxNZ is NZ registered and owned and according to NZ Law scams are criminal offences and perpetrators will be prosecuted. Again, I think I will have to kiss my money goodbye but I will do everything in my power to stop this shaddy individual of swindling more money from people.
