maverick004:
Anyone caught what Stamets told tilly?
Her being a captain?
lNomNoml:Yep, I caught that as well.

Russcolli: Did they just waste the whole investment and build up of the Admirals's character?
jjnz1: Hmm can't find episode 9 on Netflix yet. Wonder why? It's up on CBS.
You were 2mins too early.
They went into DST 2 weeks back. so 9pm now.
And now we have to wait until January to find out what happens next /sigh...

It's really irritating, I'd pay for them to hurry up.
gzt: I watched E8 again. Same result.
E9. Great episode.
I watched 5min of After Trek. OM how does Martin-Green keep a straight face on set? ; ).
Relegated AT to background noise. Although the trivia and BTS might be interesting, the hosts continual hiccups reading live tweets is AARRRGGGHHH
Could do better with less conspiracy theories and more with actual role progression talk etc
Resumed today if you hadn't noticed.
Another interesting direction...
Worth noting that Jonathan Frakes (Riker from ST:TNG) directed this episode

And its a doozy.... ( i'll say no more)
timmmay:
Episode one was like a B grade Star Trek. I'll give it a go for a while though, I've watched and rewatched all the others, other than DS9 which is pretty monotonous.
I have just started ST-D, Ep 1 was a struggle. The acting seemed poor. Whenever I watch a new variant, its a minor ugh, then grow into it, this got a little easier towards the end though. Naturally I'll keep watching
