Has anyone tried snooping where these devices go to see if the website is accessible?

not sure what your post means.

but to answer your thread title. DEFINITELY use the Bravia if you can. HD content (40 or so movies), faster connection to stream.

Only thing about the PS3 that is better is the interface (you get more info about each title)

Not for subverting or getting out of paying. But to see if it could be used in something else (roku?) or integrated into a Pvr.

For example the ps3 only tvnz demand site just uses tvnz.co.nz/ondemand/xl or access.

oh right.    In that case I have no idea.   I thought you were asking whether you should watch via Briavia or PS3

I've got a bravia, and it doesn't work with quickflix. The tv tells me to enter in the code on the sony website when I go to the quickflix app. I do, but the website says it is already registered, and can't get past that screen. I think they are having problems with it.

I joined Quickflix on day one and had considerable delays streaming content. I called them when my PS3 couldnt log in properly and was told they had an Australasian wide software glitch which was causing logging in problems for users on PS3. They would email me when the problem was solved. I havent heard back. That was ten days ago. I can log in on PC without issues but I want to watch movies on my tv.
