Otagolad: Off my Roku3 I access BBC iPlayer/iTV and 4OD through Plex - I have them added as "channels" in Plex and it works pretty well - that way I have the US apps on my Roku3 and can still watch UK TV.

As davidcole said, you will loose US content if you switch to UK as Roku can only use one region at a time.
Otagolad: It's not too difficult. I have Plex Server set up on my Windows Home Server 2011 server (although any PC would do) and you manage Plex Server through a browser session - you decide which territory you want the Plex channels to reflect

You still have to make the iPlayer think You're in the UK though, Plex region settings don't do this for you. How do you do this for Plex on Roku? What is the easiest solution?
