Hi All,

We are looking for volunteers who have broken Netflix to help us troubleshoot the current issue. You don't have to be an UnoTelly customer to participate.

The usual session involves setting up a Teamviewer session so our tech could run some tests on  your computer to gather more information about the problem.

There is no other actions required from you.

If you have access to DDWRT/OpenWRT/any distro of Linux, that'll be great. Please mention this.

If you want to participate, please send a Skype request to UnoTellyMediaService .

Thank you for your support!

Edit: if you are adventurous, please install Ubuntu using VMplayer using this tutorial: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/11287/how-to-run-ubuntu-in-windows-7-with-vmware-player/

I
t is free and super easy to install (<10 mins) . It will greatly help with our troubleshoot process.

I need to go out shortly, but I can probably help out tomorrow between 8AM & 5PM NZST. I can relinquish control of my iMac, which effectively acts as a glorified jukebox during those times. You had a poke around on Saturday, so let me know if this will still be useful and I can get in touch via Skype then.

I will be back home in a couple of hours, and Nick's got my Skype if he needs more testing - I actually have access to two ISPs/networks from home (one that's not working, one that it is working).

I just got Skype requests from unotellydelta and unotelly25. Are these legit Skype handles for UnoTelly staff? Thought I'd better check before I hand over the keys to the Kingdom. :-)
