We are looking for volunteers who have broken Netflix to help us troubleshoot the current issue. You don't have to be an UnoTelly customer to participate.
The usual session involves setting up a Teamviewer session so our tech could run some tests on your computer to gather more information about the problem.
There is no other actions required from you.
If you have access to DDWRT/OpenWRT/any distro of Linux, that'll be great. Please mention this.

It is free and super easy to install (<10 mins) . It will greatly help with our troubleshoot process.
