I manage my netflix subscription through a US iTunes account but this month I forgot to top-up and missed the renewal. So last night I redeemed some new codes and now have a balance of $57 but when I go to mange my subscriptions it only has the Hulu account but it states two subscriptions (see screen shot) under account information. 

Any ideas how to remedy this issue or where I'm going wrong...by the way I can still access Hulu and I use UnoTelly for my DNS.
