Has it been pulled internationally or just in the US? The local theatre in Whakatane still lists it as "coming soon" (22 January).

They can, and they will. Such is the wrath of Kim Jung Un!

Really? Have you seen the trailer? It's atrocious. I haven't seen it and already thinking of giving a 3/10.

Also, calling it "cyber terrorism" is a bit of a stretch. It wasn't a terrorist act at all.

If it wasn't for the threats I wouldn't have bothered watching it. But now I'm intrigued.

I guess the big question is simply whether it's better or worse than Anchorman 2, which set a new standard for lame comedy.

It was a State sponsered malicious act of at least 'cyber bullying'. It can be fine line between bullying and terrorism I suspect, and its probably as much about victim/target as it is about the outcome.

Dont recall Kazakhstan getting overly upset at Borat taking the p!ss. I'd class The Interview in much the same league - taking the p!ss at another 3rd world country.

That movie was about the country. This is personal (TM).
