Maybe, although bear in mind we have higher gst, so it's quite likely the 'entry level' will be $11+

Also, entry level isn't full Netflix either. Iirc you don't get HD and you only get a single stream at that price.

that's true, the cheapest plan is single stream and SD only, not HD

I get 2 screens with HD and no DVDs for US$7.99 per month.

and price is guaranteed to remain $7.99 through at least 5/9/16 so long as you stay a member.

That's for existing Netflix US subscribers who signed up before the price hikes. No point comparing potential new NZ pricing to that.
