Having spent $200 at Coliseum Sports for live and FULL coverage of all rounds of the PGA & LPGA golf as advertised on their website ( at least when I bought it ). The reality is the LPGA you are lucky if you get
25% of the round being played. Yes you can get a catch up of the coverage but so far it has been just the same as the woeful live broadcast. I feel completely ripped off!
Just thought to warn you all that you will not get what you expect as result of the way the deal is advertised.

if you check the golf channel coverage of the tournament , ie what they are broadcasting, then you will see what is been broadcast. The last tournament there was only 2 hours a day been shown and only the last day were 2 hours of the last 9 holes  shown live. You are lucky that this was shown at all, in the past the lpga tour would only broadcast the majors and maybe the final round of a tournament, but even this year you will only see full live coverage of all rounds of a few tournaments, it was the same on Sky last year.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

If you think they had false advertising which made you buy their service then give them some proof and ask for your $$ back to get the service cancelled.

stuff article  http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/golf/63854464/coliseum-sports-media-releases-online-golf-package

"Offering every PGA Tour event live and on demand, Coliseum's golf service will now also offer exclusive live coverage of the LPGA Tour, European Tour, Asian Tour, Ryder Cup, PGA Championship, the Web.Com Tour, Champions Tour, Presidents Cup and EurAsia Cup.

Coliseum says these services will run through a partner platform to its PGA Tour live service, access to both will be covered by a single subscription.

Rates for the packages will be $19.90 a month or $199 for season-long access.

Tim Martin, Coliseum's chief executive, says the package offers New Zealand audiences unprecedented breadth-and-depth of live and on-demand golf – with comprehensive LPGA Tour coverage, featuring Lydia Ko, a major factor."

HOWEVER, this is a news article, so could be a misinterpretation of what coliseum actually said at the time.

I would just point out that the promotion of the World Golf Pass ( which covers the LPGA ) has undergone subtle changes to the wording. Funny that don't you think?

First, contact them for a cancellation and refund if you aren't happy.

If you aren't satisfied with their response, look at taking the appropriate procedure under the Fair Trading Act.

Exactly. Give them the chance to make some remedy at least.

Struggling to see the confusion on the wording, "coverage of" does not mean "every single minute of." And as vexxxboy said, there are very few tournaments in the year where there would be coverage produced from the first person teeing off through last group of the day on the 18th.It takes some pretty willful misreading to interpret the above quote as meaning every single minute of play in every single one of those tours.

Personally I really enjoyed having the dedicated hole feed in the Phoenix Open the other weekend, was really cool to just watch the 16th hole for a while.
