I am sat here some 3 hours and 47 minutes after the united match finished and the recap is still showing that the match has ended. I phoned a few weeks ago about this and the customer service bloke told them that it takes 2 hours for them to reformat???

So anyone know why it takes so long to get it available?
and why we are on this subject why is it that the image is still so poor, when Lightbox that I use is in HD and looks great?

Sorry I should also qualify that this is watching via a SMART tv app.

I sympathise. As an anecdote in relation to how little 3 different people think of the quality of service they receive from this outfit (one complained of exactly the same thing as you), they are all subscribers who nonetheless prefer to obtain their games via, err, alternative means.
