I notice with TVNZ online they have shows like The 100 and just started American Crime.
Im not a fan of watching on my Ipad and dont have PC hooked into my TV.

My question is will theses shows end up on TV eventually or are they only for TVNZ on demand.

I'm assuming since they bought the rights to those shows that they'll eventually show up on the TV when there's room in the schedule. I've been watching The 100 on Hulu. Good show.

I guess it's possible they only bought streaming rights?

Maybe it depends on the show. The Vampire Diaries is on the "watch first" list but it's also on the actual TV. Given the US's propensity to show seasons in fits and starts, I would expect a bit of a delay until there are enough episodes built up that TVNZ can screen weekly without gaps.

The 100 is on on a Saturday afternoon I think - the reason I recall this is because I thought it a strange air-time as its is very violent etc. (great show though if you suspend basic science) and was wondering how short it would have to be if it needed to be censored for that time-zone.  I watch it on Hulu+ so not an issue for me.

I checked with my sister last night - she is a big user of TVNZ on Demand, and as far as she is aware, everything eventually ends up screening on the TV. It's been the case with all the shows she's followed.

Ditto with Person Of Interest, that was on Watch First, then is now cycling on broadcast, and with TV NZ OnDemand for the episodes just broadcast.
Hence why you get Person Of Interest S4 ep 17, and S4 ep 9 - ep6.

However, haven't seen The Last Ship on broadcast as yet. Long since finished on OnDemand

Get a Apple TV/Roku or Amazon Fire with Hulu and Netflix and you can watch all the shows in HD on your TV :-)
