Has anyone else experienced the video feed on HuluPlus freezing while the audio continues for a short period , some tv programs are worse than others ?

Suggestions to improve this problem ?

I stream Netflix with zero problems through the Fire TV

Amazon Echo

Amazon Dot

Lifx Bulbs

Nexus 5X
Magic TV 3600
Sony EX700

Unblocking service
Amazon Fire TV x 2 = Netflix USA + Amazon Prime

Noticed this sometimes, not in all episodes. I just go back and return to the video...
