So I went to unsubscribe from quickflix in preparation for Netflix pretty much offering everything i watch on the service and more and I've always had the option to just unsub with the discount.

Just recently I went to unsub and the the button was disabled and I got this message. http://m.imgur.com/DMGWoN8

Seems odd I was able to cancel sub yesterday but not today without extra effort. Anyone else have this problem?
