We've recently had reports from several Spark customers having trouble accessing international Netflix regions using Getflix.

We've put this down to Spark's proxies, which appear to perform their own DNS resolution on proxied HTTP connections. This only appears to affect Netflix when accessed from a web browser, as the apps (Apple TV, iPad, etc) use HTTPS which are not proxied.

Are there any Spark customers NOT having this issue when accessing USA Netflix using a web browser (with Getflix of any other DNS provider)?

Is anyone aware of any way (account setting or support request) to be not proxied by Spark?
