Are people getting HD quality from Netflix US ok via Uno Telly?
I have the Uno Telly DNS service and the 4k 4 user Netflix account. When set to off (NZ Netflix) HD quality is near instantly displayed. When set to US the same content is soft and takes a while to get to an OK quality. The 5.1 sound is fine.

Yes getting HD from Netflix and Huluplus. WWE network also looked fantastic during Wrestlemania. Netflix streaming tech usually the video starts off bad and then it will adjust, sometimes you don't see this and it's instant.

So would this be a device or connection issue. Using a LG smart TV. but have had issues via a Samsung BDP.

Mine is exactly the same, I'm on Spark VDSL with a decent connection but seem to get up to a couple of minutes of lower resolution on most regions other than NZ direct predominently only through chromecast, the tablets dont seem to be as susceptible

Try going into netflix from web browser.

Once in your profile, go to your  account under profile name, then playback settings.

I then changed mine from auto to high, and click save. Might take longer for program to start, but at least same quality all the way.

Found doesn't matter what region in when change setting, but it only changes settings for that profile.

I also turned off play next automatically, as I found that annoying, seems to be devices running latest netflix software that plays next automatically if this setting not changed.
