As per the title, Netflix is now in the Panny TV app store for the above models.

Yep - they're not the sharpest tool in the digital box... lucky for them their TVs are pretty sharp.

Yep, it's appeared on my VT50 Plasma and seems to work OK, at least as far as the signup page.  Nothing I want to watch on there just yet, but if Jeremy Clarkson turns up on Netflix, then I may think again.

You can relive a chunk of JC's earlier TG antics on Netflix already

I've had my fill of those on BBC Knowledge and Prime thanks, not to mention BBC iPlayer's archive of all the old series.  Time for some new stuff!

NOT on my Panasonic Viera TH-L50E6Z or my Panasonic Blu-ray PVR DMR-BWT835 cry

FYI: have just connected up both my Panasonic gear via a RJ45 Edimax powered 5-port Fast Ethernet Desktop Switch back to my Huawei HG630b Spark Gateway modum. What a speed difference compared to WiFi. Bought the little device from Boonen Electronics (Trading as JayCar) in Gate Pa Tauranga for $24.90. Will connect an Apple TV when the next model arrives so properly wont need NetFlix on my Panasonic Gear then.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

This should come as no surprise , i have seen many knowledgeable posters telling of the benifits of hardwiring over WiFi

I also took that advice some time ago , Fire TV ,TV , WD Media Player , etc all wired    laughing

OK as of yesterday it is now on my Panasonic Viera TH-L50E6Z BUT NOT my Panasonic Blu-ray PVR DMR-BWT835 which doesn't matter as internet/Apps are very slow to fire up on my PVR compared to my TV.

But, anyway, I will be hanging out to see what Apple does re a new Apple TV box or TV set along with what sort of deals and bundles they will offer down here at the bottom of the planet. Then I will decide whether to use Unotelly etc or just stick with Netflix NZ or not bother at all and just go with FreeView and DVD rentals/purchases.
