Just signed up, I am getting a grey screen on everything I go to watch.

What's the deal and how can I fix this?

The FAQ says if I have any antivirus software/extensions to disable hem, I don't think I have any.

I am using my Laptop which is on Windows 8, using IE + Chrome.

Cheers.

Thanks.

Just turned off my Ad-Blockers on IE + Chrome, restarted Laptop, no difference sadly.

I had a similar experience recently. It worked on iPad app and one of our computers, but not on my Mac or, frustratingly, the HTPC. Rebooting our router fixed it.
