Hi, I have playback issues with 3Now playing through my Samsung TV (UA48J6200).  I keep getting "unexpected error" messages from 3Now.

I have a Vodafone Fibre connection.

Does anyone else have this problem and could anyone recommend any fixes?

Thanks.

Check for an online firmware update for the tv.

Have you tried contacting Samsung? I pm'd them through FB for an issue with my phone and they responded pretty quickly

Any chance of a screenshot/photo of the error?

Thanks for your help guys. I checked the firmware and it is up to date. The error is hard to duplicate as it came up in two separate instances when I was 3/4 of the way thru my favourite show and I couldn't get 3now to fast forward back to where I was up to. I am certain it said something about an unexpected error and the text was in 3now font not Samsungs (if that makes sense). Cheers

We are on VF fibre and Samsung smart TV.  While things have settled down more recently we frequently find 3Now rather glitchy, one day it works fine and the next it refuses to play ball.  I had put it down to the app rather than the TV as everything else works just fine.

I agree and nice to know I'm not alone! Got to figure an HD TV is pulling down a lot more data than just serving it up to a tablet or computer. I haven't experienced this with TVNZ on demand on the Samsung. Hopefully something that 3Now can look into.
