I have purchased a T1050PVR which has worked well since 2013 apart from the recorded sound lagging behind the picture, my remedy is to pause and press play until it jump out of sequence again, this only happen randomly. Recently it has developed an other problem, the unit has not been moved, but it is very susceptible to vibration, which causes the picture to stop on normal viewing and a loss of sound, this also is apparent on any recordings made. This has become so bad that we now creep across the lounge to stop any picture stoppage.
Any help please.

If the unit is only 2 years old Send it back to be tested if its faulty it should get replaced or repaired at no cost.

Thanks for that, I'm still waiting for a reply from the Dish TV manufacturer, I can't go to the retailer Good Guys as they have gone out of business in New Zealand.
